FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, 7 AM-4 PM

Responsible for the day-to-day operations for both entities. Prominent for this role is the ability to bring our vision, mission and values to the forefront by building relationships through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening and closing duties, reconciling the tills and turning in all necessary receipts and paperwork to Accounting daily, monitor and manage inventory, order supplies for the Café as needed, notify the CCO when inventory is getting low in the gift shop, create and promote weekly drink specials, prepare drinks for Café customers in a welcoming, customer service focused environment, and monitor sales reports to maximize the revenue for both entities and drive business results. Required: High school graduate or equivalent. Valid WA State Driver’s License. Preferred: Minimum one (1) year as a retail manager/barista. Knowledge of computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) with proficiency in software applications along with the ability to learn additional applications with little direction. Ability to build relationships while maintaining confidentiality. Highly effective oral/written communication skills.  Ability to develop a professional working relationship with people of varying backgrounds with awareness of equality and diversity.  Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines. (Food Handler’s Permit required)
