FT, exempt, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; Mon.-Fri., days, 7:30 AM-5 PM, some early mornings and evenings required. 

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer and the Administrative Team and serves as the coordinator for the Board of Commissioners. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, taking, transcribing and distributing meeting minutes, supporting activities, preparing documents, reports and financial data, maintaining contracts, performing projects as assigned and delivering exceptional customer service.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Associates degree with emphasis on business administration and office management; bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or health care administration preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have exceptional time management, organizational and written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to compose and proof-read documents. Proficiency in MS office essential. Must possess a high tolerance for change, be able work under tight deadlines, multi-task, and perform well with minimal supervision.
