PT with full-time Benefits, 60 hrs/pp, .75 FTE; days, Mon.-Fri., varies as scheduled.

Job Summary:

Warmly greets and checks in patients. Schedules appointments, completes patient registration and verifies all demographic information. Collects copayments and payments on account. Answers and screens phone calls; takes and routes messages. Responsible for maintaining records of business transactions and various office activities. 

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.  Training in office skills; or formal education in medical office front desk/administration or six months medical clerk/receptionist experience.  Requires computer knowledge and keyboard skills (40 wpm).  Strong customer service skills

Preferred:  Medical terminology and anatomy education.  Cash balancing experience.  Bilingual Spanish/English strongly desired.
