FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, Mon.-Fri., varies as scheduled.        

Job Summary:

The CMA / PSR position is responsible for providing assistance to the providers, clinical staff, and office staff in the delivery of

medical care. Warmly greets and checks in patients. Schedules appointments, completes patient registration and verifies all

demographic information. Collects copayments and payments on account. Answers and screens phone calls; takes and routes messages. Responsible for maintaining records of business transactions and various office activities. 

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED.

Graduate of medical assistant program.

Strong customer service skills.

General knowledge of office procedures and computer systems.

Preferred: 

Cash balancing experience.

1-2 years clinical experience.  

Bilingual Spanish/English strongly desired.

Licensure & Certification Requirements:

Requires current Washington State DOH Medical Assistant-Certified credential.

Must maintain BLS certification.

Pay Range: $19.70 - $34.16
