Clinic Director - Prosser Specialty Clinic

FT, exempt, 80 hr/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, Mon.-Fri., varies as scheduled.        

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Clinics Operations Officer, the Clinic Director, is accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations and growth. The Clinic Director plans, organizes, and directs all assigned clinics with a focus to achieve established goals, objectives, metrics, and patient experience. This position may oversee multiple clinics that are geographically dispersed and may including but not limited to Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Occupational Medicine, Women’s Health, and multi-specialties.

Required: Knowledge of clinic operations with at least five years of clinic management experience. Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience preferably in a union environment. MIS experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred. Effective knowledge of computers systems and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, data base, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, EPIC experience preferred, billing systems, and other application packages to perform all required responsibilities. Effective written and oral communication skills. The ability to interact with staff, providers, and other leaders successfully and positively is critical.

Pay Range: ($38.49-$59.58)
