Job Description

Full-time, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.  

Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Dietary Manager and Cook, the Dietary Cook prepares food in accordance with the applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures.  Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Work experience: Should be knowledgeable in handling and preparing food.

Food Handler’s Permit required. 

On-the-job training to include short demonstration up to and including 90 days.
