FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled
Job Summary:
Assists the Director of Plant Operations by scheduling EOC meetings and rounding at all sites, tracking inspections, and maintaining survey-readiness binders. Continuous tracking of work order system and completion. Assist in policies and emergency management plans. Provide minutes at EOC, Construction meetings and all others as required. This position can work from home with 2 days per week required on site. With regulatory compliance being the focus of this position. Responsible for Joint Commission/DOH Environment of Care standards, Life Safety Code compliance, Facilities maintenance coordination, Regulatory surveys and readiness, EOC, Safety and Water management committee participation and Vendor and contractor oversight.
Requirements:
Minimum Education: high school degree. With at minimum 5 years of hospital facilities experience. EOC background and DOH survey experience. FEMA 100,200,700 and 800

- Pay Range: $32.00- $42.00
