PT with Benefits, 40 hrs/pp, 0.5 FTE; days, varies as scheduled.

Job Summary:

Provides direction and support to employees and leaders in carrying our HR initiatives and deliverables. Serves as the first point of contact to employees and leaders and partners with HR team members in areas of

recruitment, Benefits Administration and leave management. Routinely meets with assigned Client Leaders to maintain current understanding of the department’s operations in developing and delivering Human Resources

service. Because of the sensitive nature of data and information handled, the HR Business Partner must exercise utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in the performance of work. Demonstrates discretion/confidentiality as

work responsibilities frequently concern confidential and/or sensitive information.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High school diploma required. Four years recent Human Resources employment experience with full-service HR experience supporting multiple departments / service lines of business. Proficient in MS Office to

include Word, Excel, and Access. Proficiency with UKG / Payroll systems. Ability to quickly learn new computer applications and systems. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrates discretion/confidentiality while performing duties.

Preferred: BA/BS preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Wage: ($24.81-$37.22)
