  • FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.

Job Summary:

Assists in the scheduling for the care and treatment of patients consistent with training and scope of certification and/ or licensure.  Employee’s focus will be geared towards the Operating room and the flow of the unit. They will take the lead in patient scheduling, communicating pre/post-op instructions, answering phones, and assist with patient transfers, positioning, room turnovers, pulling needed supplies for upcoming surgical cases, assisting in Central supply and the cleaning of surgical instrumentation. 

Preferred:  

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.  

Graduate of Washington State Accredited Medical Assistant or CNA training Program. ?Computer skills. ?Ability to read, write and speak English. ?Knowledge of basic medical terminology. ?Previous OR work experience.

Licensure & Certifications Requirements

Graduate of medical assistant program or CNA training program. 

Pay Range: $19.70-$34.16
