$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; days, varies as scheduled.
Job Summary:
The staff licensed physical therapist evaluates, examines, treats, monitors and provides ongoing standardized pediatric assessments of patients/clients; performs all necessary paperwork/reports; helps to plan and develop our new pediatric program; maintains communication with patients/clients, patient/client family, caregiver and physician and other staff; presents in-services where needed; supervises therapy assistants and support staff; works with a team of other pediatric therapists to provide one-on-one and co-treatments; helps children with sensory processing challenges that may affect their ability to focus and learn; and other diverse duties as requested or required.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensure & Certifications Requirements:
Occupational Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations.
Supervisor's license as required by state.
Valid Driver's license.
Pay Range: $38.49-$59.58
