Job Summary:
The licensed physical therapist evaluates, examines, treats, monitors and provides ongoing assessment of patients/clients; performs all necessary paperwork/reports; plans and develops new programs; maintains communication with patients/clients, patient/client family, caregiver and physician and contract site staff; supervises therapy assistants and support staff; and other diverse duties as requested or required. You will also work with our hospital’s team of OB/GYN and Primary Care physicians.
Our pelvic floor clinical team includes of 3 PT’s and 1 PTA. We recently moved into a newly renovated clinical space with new equipment such as weight systems and Pilates Reformers. Applicants for this open position would work with our clinical team to care for patients with pelvic floor diagnoses but could also work with patients with neurologic needs, lymphedema issues, or vestibular deficiencies, depending on clinical training and interests. Our clinic currently offers 60-minute one-on-one appointments. All areas of our department utilize EPIC as our electronic medical record (EMR) system, supporting continuity of care and streamlined communication across disciplines.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure & Certifications Requirements:
Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations.
Supervisor's license as required by state.
Valid Driver's license.
Pay Range: $43.00-$65.00
