Prosser Memorial Health (PMH) in Prosser, Washington seeks a fulltime OB/GYN to join their growing team at the Prosser Women’s Health Center. Must be board certified or eligible. Prosser Memorial Health prides themselves on providing a wide range of women’s health services in a supportive, caring environment that is focused on each patient and her needs.

Practice Highlights:

  • OB/GYN services including but not limited to: Gynecology Care & Surgery, Contraception Management, Infertility Treatments, Pregnancy Management, Prolapse & Incontinence Treatment / Surgery, and Minimally Invasion Surgery.
  • Flexible clinic schedule with option for 4-day work week. Call schedule shared with several providers to promote work-life balance.
  • Replacement hospital set to be open early 2025, with an increase in number of L&D Rooms, OR, and more.
  • Established Women’s Health team includes three Certified Nurse Midwives, two fulltime OB/GYNs, clinic RN, and Certified Medical Assistants.
  • Onsite 3D and 4D ultrasound imaging and lab services.
  • EMR: EPIC.

Compensation Highlights:

  • Salary range of $371,852 to $570,134 / Year Compensation is determined by skills and experience.
  • Three-year guaranteed competitive salary plus productivity
  • Sign on bonus.
  • Student loan repayment program.
  • Compensation based on skills and experience and is negotiable.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for physician.
