Job Summary:
Prosser Memorial Health is a growing, community‑focused healthcare system serving Prosser and the surrounding region with high‑quality, patient‑centered care. The Provider Compensation Analyst plays a key role in supporting PMH’s physician and advanced practice clinician (APC) workforce by ensuring compensation programs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This position blends financial analysis, data integrity, and operational partnership to help PMH maintain competitive, fair, and sustainable provider compensation models.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare analytics, or compensation administration (healthcare experience strongly preferred; rural health experience a plus).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with RVUs, provider productivity metrics, and healthcare reimbursement models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EHR and practice management systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, or similar).
- Knowledge of FMV standards and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, or advanced analytics tools.
Prior experience in a critical access hospital or rural health system.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $33.19 - $49.46
- Incentive Compensation: Eligible for up to 5% of annual salary through the incentive program
