FT 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.
Prosser Memorial Health Provider Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs), including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. This role also coordinates locum tenens or per diem coverage. Provider Recruiter conducts compensation data analysis to support competitive provider retention efforts.
Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Knowledge of computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) with proficiency in software applications along with the ability to learn additional applications with little direction. Experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, or related field. Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills. Knowledge of physician and APC contracts, compensation structures, and healthcare industry trends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $31.34-$48.36
- Incentive Compensation: Eligible for up to 5% of annual salary through the incentive program
