Job Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Process Specialist serves as a critical link between the Hospital Billing Department and our Extended Business Office (EBO) vendor. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to optimize the revenue cycle processes. The Vendor Liaison will work closely with both teams to monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, AA degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management, billing, or patient financial services.
Experience managing vendor relationships or working in a liaison role is highly desirable.
Pay Range: $23.63-$35.45
