Job Summary:
Provides clinical leadership and support to nursing and other clinical staff within the center. The Resource Nurse assists
in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient workflow, and adherence to established policies and
procedures. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to promoting a positive
and collaborative work environment. Required: WA State RN licensure. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing
experience, preferably in wound care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regulatory standards
and quality improvement principles.

Licensure & Certifications Requirements:
WA State RN licensure. BLS required upon date of hire or within 30 days; ACLS within six (6) months from date of hire, HBO Competencies completed within three (3) months from date of hire, and Wound Care Certification within one (1) year from date of hire.
Pay Range: $41.63-$77.01
