Job Description
FT, 72 hrs/pp, 0.9 FTE, days, varies as scheduled.
Job Summary:
Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric populations consistent with training, experience and scope of licensure. Actively involved with wound care and infusion therapies. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating care for the outpatient services program. Performs care necessary for outpatient services program using established nursing processes. Maintains accurate record keeping related to care given. Responsible for ensuring that up-to-date physician orders and regulatory requirements for services are met. Participates in performance improvement activities. Assists manager in marketing of program and educating prescribing practitioners as needed. Responsible for ensuring appropriate patient charges are entered in a timely manner.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Washington. Previous experience in acute care hospital or outpatient care setting. Preferred: Experience with wound care.
Licensure & Certifications Requirements
Valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Washington. (BLS required; or within three (3) months from date of hire.
Pay Range: $41.63-$77.01
