FT 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.
The Strategic Project Specialist drives cross-organizational initiatives that advance clinical quality, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. This role partners with executive leadership, Department Leaders, Medical Staff, and other key internal and external stakeholders to plan, evaluate, and implement high-impact projects. Project areas of oversight may include, but are not limited to, capital investments, technology adoption, workflow redesign, regulatory readiness, and new service line development. The position serves as a key integrator across clinical and administrative teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely execution of organizational priorities. Priority areas of focus include Surgical Services, perioperative workflows, new care locations, and enterprise-level process improvement.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school preferred.
- Two years healthcare project management.
- Two years regulatory compliance.
- Surgical Services experience preferred.
Pay Range: $43.00-$65.00)
